Retail Energy Supply Association Elects New President to Serve the Organization Through 2027

The Retail Energy Supply Association (RESA), the nation’s leading trade association representing competitive retail energy suppliers, announced today that Kristina Montgomery of Vistra Corp. was elected to serve as president of the association. In this role, Montgomery will work with RESA’s executive committee, member companies, and state chairs to guide the association’s priorities as policymakers across the country confront rising energy costs, growing electricity demand, and an evolving energy landscape.

Montgomery is a senior director of state and regional policy engagement at Vistra Corp. She brings extensive experience in energy policy, regulatory affairs and competitive retail energy markets to the organization. Before this, Montgomery served in several leadership positions for RESA, including as a member of RESA’s executive committee and as a state chair representing key competitive energy markets.
