Cru reviews maintenance work as it comes in, surfacing a ranked vendor suggestion for a new work order, flagging a closed issue that resurfaces, catching duplicate requests, and drafting routine resident and vendor messages. Its recommendations are pulled from that company’s own history in the platform, not a generic playbook, so they sharpen the longer a team uses Rentvine.

Where Cru’s recommendations come from a company’s history, Guidance comes directly from the property manager. In natural language, a team tells Cru how to handle a situation, rather than accepting a one-size-fits-all default. It isn’t the model learning from history – it’s the property manager setting the rule, in their own words.

Rentvine MCP: full access, now generally available

In a recent survey, Rentvine MCP earned an average recommended score of 9 out of 10. “It’s amazing. I had it calculate termination fees on a multi-unit owner.
